trying to figure out my best option
I really want to buy this 4 unit (all 2 bedrooms/rents $800 each) near me, listed @ $300K. I have an fha loan now, but i only owe/have $40k left. I cant find a partner, don't have a down pymnt, what can i do to secure it?
