It is crazy how much work goes into planning an event of this size!
The Wisconsin REI-CON is back in full format (after Covid) just outside of Milwaukee on October 27th. We expect 500+ investors and 50+ local exhibitors. We have some amazing speakers lined up, who built local portfolios with several thousand units and will tell their story, we will discuss property management issues for small mom&pop landlords and have the latest legal updates! Walk the show floor to meet RE vendors, lenders, service providers, property managers, contractors and industry professionals!
