New into rentals

I need help! I am on a contract to purchase a 4b2b single family home which I am planing to do STR/LTR but I am not familiar to the area and I don't know if it will work in the area. The property is in Kissimmee, my goal is to furnished and rent out the rooms. If someone is familiar to the area can he tell me if the area will be good for STR/LTR??

Hi Travis!

After in inspection of the property I ended up dropping that contract I will be closing tomorrow on a property at Mount Dora. I am planning to do STR there as well. It has no restrictions and it's 10minute away from the well know park there.
