Air BnB guest refuses to leave, landlord CAN'T evict her
Article below. California is cold for this one. It amazes me the state allows tenants take people's property hostage like this. I can imagine people now conspire to find properties they can exploit this way. All you need to do is look for a rental missing permits, then hunker down.
