Alerts for Mortgage rates dropping/increasing

Hello, I am wondering if there is a way/software that will alert me when changes in overall mortgage rating changes. Is it possible there is a software/app/website? Or should I just discuss with lenders about notifying?

My wife and I are currently living in a new construction home we purchased with a buydown rate and are looking to refinance when rates get lowered.
