How is the Woodlands real estate market is doing? I saw some SFH deals that I am interested in but would love to hear any locals feedback about the market. Is the market hit hard the oil crash? Is it hard to find tenants right now?

I have seen rental prices dropping on the same home over the past two years.  I'd say current trend is minus 5-10%/yr for rent with a lot of job cuts in the oil industry.
