SF Today (year 2017) price is bottom price after next peak

Today (year 2017) price is the bottom of the price after next peak. From the history, Each peak is higher than previous peaks. The following Reference are from San Francisco Case Shiller index. 1990 Apr: peak at index 75 2001 Jan: peak at index 133 2006 Jan: peak at index 217 Today 2017 May: only 236 This coming peak > index 300?? (Maybe year 2020? ... 2025? Etc) Next bottom > index 236?? (Maybe year 2025?...2027? Etc)
