Effect of current trade skirmishes with China on Detroit market
Hello Detroit investors(and others who are watching it),
What do you think about Trump's trade war with China - will it impact on ongoing price recovery in Detroit market ? Considering almost 38% of Michigan GDP comes from export, i would say it will be impacted. I am planning to invest in Detroit and i am concerned about this. Whats your view ? Market may be hot now but it may change when full impact happens which will be around 6 months from now.
