Does anyone have any earthly idea as to when the RE market should start to pick up for flippers? Or is it already showing a come up? I hate i missed the RE boom so I am patiently waiting for the next one :-) South Eastern region if anyone can refer to it specifically or anyother location.

I agree with Bryan and Jon above, but I'd also urge you to see the even greater opportunity NOW. The greatest profits are made in bear markets, even when the blood is in the streets. Today you can buy properties in good locations for 30% of replacement cost. Figure out a way to buy and hold now, rather than waiting for the next bull/bubble market when a lot of the money will have already been made.
