What is everyone's take on this article from the Atlantic this week?

I find it alarming that these publicly traded companies buying single family homes are continuing to grow and consolidate. It's bad for renters, and it's bad for us as investors. What are BP's thoughts on institutional rentals buying up SFH properties? Anything to worry about?
