Grant Cardone Capital suspending distributions to all investors

Just heard Grant Cardone (Cardone Capital) is suspending distributions to investors for April, May and June. Not surprised. REIT sector is getting decimated. Lots of margin calls and dividend cuts and suspensions across the board. And many of these are experienced, longtime REITs with great track records.

A lot of these newbie RE syndications who started in the last few years are really going to be hit hard.

I had heard of Cardone and I know he has a fan following on BP. I watched a few of his You Tube videos and honestly he comes across as your typical loudmouth con man. I don't know too much about him but I would never in a million years give him a red cent of my money. He reminds me of the worst type of timeshare salesman and his sales techniques are laughable and useless for anyone not a sleazy used car sales person.
