Waiting for Covid-19
I have been searching and running numbers on properties for months. Of course the real estate has been haulted because of covid-19 protocols but my question is how much? I live in Pennsylvania and I feel like the real estate agent I was working with has ghosted me and says there is nothing we can do right now, after I got pre-approved of course. Is there anything that I can still be doing? I'm continuing comparing and researching deals but I'm ready to make my offers.
