Hi BP family!

My uncle and I are trying our hand at real estate together. We are looking at 2-4 unit properties. We saw a couple of properties with potential, but we want to get better knowledge of the Knoxville, TN market. If you know a good bit about it, we would love more input on it. Thanks in advance!
