Hey Royale, congrats on the duplex! My partner and I own a few ourselves here in Macon and we love the cash flow down here. Macon is a great town to invest in. We wholesale tons of properties for out of state & in-state investors that love the numbers Macon provides with its rentals. Macon is super hypersensitive with location. Certain areas for instance, you could be on a great looking street with nice multi-family units & then the next street over the whole street is vacant.
