Looking for my first rental property in long island Ny
Any suggestions as to what areas in the new york market are a good source for renting single family homes. I have a route delivery business in NYC and I took a major hit during this pandemic. This opened the idea of property investing. I am looking to start very small, a single family home that I can fix up a bit and rent out. Nassau and suffolk areas does not matter. I need all the help I can get!
