After I refinanced my rental property in the beginning of 2020 before the pandemic. My goal was to use a heloc at the end of the year to finance the next property. But with covid restrictions most banks have moved away from the Heloc. What are some other options investors might have because I have lenders available, but was trying not use my own money? I would appreciate any sort of advice.
I find it strange that lenders are moving away from HELOCs when, in most places, the single family home market has been incredibly strong (low housing inventory and good price appreciation).
