Out of state investing/ San Antonio market

Charles Hefele
Posted

Hey Community,

I am a new investor from Maui, Hawaii looking to get involved in the Texas market. I don’t have any experience with out of state investing besides self educating with books and podcasts. If anyone has any advice or might know someone who has knowledge in the Texas market I would love to chat.

Thanks,

Charles

@Charles Hefele once you find investments to look at make sure you vet first the location and then the property. I created a tool to quickly vet locations, if the location meets my criteria then I drill down on the property itself.
