Small Business Loans; Stabilization Bill

Any information on how the COVID-19 Stabilization Bill will work in terms of loans for small businesses would be appreciated.

1). Will owners of rental properties that are not incorporated benefit In any way?

2)  I believe employers are being offered loans if they continue to pay their employees and there is even an option for the loan to be forgiven?  Will paying a management company, maintenance workers and lawn care workers count as paying employees?

3). Are there any other supports the bill offers landlords at this time?

Any information or ideas for minimizing  the impact of the pandemic will be appreciated.

Many thank, Tina
