Pounding noise shaking walls will this cause damage?

I have a tenant who is making lots of noise from an upstairs unit. Either they walk day and night and it pounds the floor more than others or they have a treadmill.
Will this cause damage? If there is a clause for this in the lease what would you do?

All has to do with the weight and footprint on the floor. If its a small footprint and heavy weight you need to talk to tenant > You have a right to ask what is going on.

Probably won't physically damage the property. It wouldn't hurt to inquire as to the source of the noise. ie, if it's a treadmill, it could be placed on some rubber pads to absorb some of the noise.
