Michigan Lease - Tenants who don’t know each other

Amanda Noordyk
Posted

Hello, my first group of tenants are all childhood friends. They have been excellent to work with but May 1st, they all graduate college. One tenant wants to stay another year. He’s found 3 new tenants to fill the rooms & they all passed my background check, but they don’t know each other well. Do I need to add anything in the lease to protect myself if for some unforeseen reason the new tenants don’t get along well?!
