What's the best tenancy screening software for UK landlords?

My partner is running an HMO (called multifamily in the US I think) here in the UK.

She's screening tenants at the moment, I've seen quite a few recommendations for software for US landlords like https://www.myrental.com/

Is there something equivalent suitable for screening UK tenants?

Looking for the best value software. :)
