How much to weigh DWIs/DUIs, unpaid traffic tickets, marijuana

Hi Everyone,

How much would you weigh things like previous: DWI/DUIs, unpaid or late-paid speeding or parking tickets, misdemeanors or gross misdemeanors for possession of drugs like marijuana (where it is not legal), when screening potential tenants?

Unpaid parking tickets (one) or a speeding ticket (one) are okay. The DWI/DUI I would like to know if all these are running together and if there is a pattern, or they just randomly happened once 5 years ago. If they are consistently getting this stuff on their background I would say no.
