Potential Tenant is Non-US Citizen

I have a family looking to rent my home while they’re here from Germany on a work visa with a very strong internationally known company. The company will have me sign a very agreeable amendment and will pay the monthly rent directly. This all seems great and I’m guaranteed rent each month, but I would still like to screen them.

How would you screen a tenant without a SSN?
