What websites can I use to conduct credit checks on tenants ?
Trying to manage my first rental property without a PM. I want to screen my own tenants. What websites can I use to search credit history/criminal history, etc.

I use Innago for everything and am very happy with this software. It's designed for small to medium-sized portfolios and includes everything you need to lease a property (application, screening, even online lease signing of your own lease). After your property is leased, you can collect rent payments, communicate with tenants and track maintenance requests. When I first began using Innago, I had questions and the customer service was amazing.
