Sending yellow letters as a Realtor
Does anyone know of a good way to tell people you are a realtor in a yellow letter, but keep the feel of the letter personable and not corporate?

I disagree with the above. If your first contact with an owner is as a Realtor, there is an automatic assumption you are dealing with them as an agent, looking out for their best interest, and that does NOT include buying their property below market, and then flipping it for a profit.
