Commercial Deal Analysis
This is my first year in investing and I have two off market deals on my lap that I am working on putting together. I would like to build out a spread sheet to help me analyze this deal. Does anyone have one they could share. Need to determine cap rate ccr and purchase parameters to show to a partner.
