I'm new here. Any tips from seasoned investors?

I started my first flip about a year and half ago. It was very successful. Currently almost done with the second one. I also remodeled a small condo in the middle. I'm located in Central Florida.

I feel I'm supposed to be faster. Any pointers or tips?
