Multifamily in Lakeland FL
Hello BP Community!
I am currently looking for Multifamily units in the Lakeland FL area. I live in Tampa and am not familiar with the Lakeland area....YET! I am starting my own Market Research but would appreciate any information that could help me streamline this process, as well as, help build my Core 4 in the area.
I am looking for any and all of the basics:
Good/bad areas, Growing areas (possibly outside of Lakeland), Realtors, Lenders, PARTNERS etc...
Like I said, basically anything to help this process.
