Hi everyone, 

I have helped managing my father rental properties (2 units owned by both of us) for the last year when he was ill. He passed away recently and the tenants refused to sign new lease with me. Can someone recommend a real estate attorney that specializes in landlord & tenant laws in LA county area? Tia
