Wholesaling a Vacant Property

Hello All,

I am reaching out to the bigger pockets community to ask a question and advice for a current property I plan on wholesaling within the coming weeks.

Currently the landlord has a section 8 tenant and wants to sell the property with the Tenants. If I were to market this to a Flipper, how much time are the tenants legally granted before they have to move out and how long does that usually take ?

Thank you for your time and interest I really appreciate it!

@Jacob Lopez it depends on your state and whether or not the tenants are on a fixed lease. If you're wholesaling in California I believe a 90-day notice is required. Hope this helps!
