Vacancies and short term rentals
I have 3 properties that are currently vacant and have been for months. I’m paying the mortgage & all of the bills on 2 because they are short term rentals which is really ”Tough on the pockets” , I plan to turn one into a long term just to get some stability but if anyone has any tips on what to do feel free to share

How are you advertising and trying to rent them out? How are your rates compared to other STR in your area? Do you offer anything that would set your properties apart?
