Marketing my first rental, any critique appreciated.
Greetings all, hope your 2023 is going great so far. I am marketing my first rental in the Ocala Florida area. Three days in and no contacts yet. Beginning to think I might be overpriced, but as this is my first time, not sure if it could be the market or time of year. I am currently listing on Zillow, plus syndicating via turbotenant. Any critique would be greatly appreciated.

Update, I was contacted by two leads today and are having two showings tomorrow.
