Selling a property in Mexico

I hope I can ask in this Forum Group but our family has a property in Mexico; an inheritance from my mother who passed away a long time ago. We are having a hec of a time trying to get someone to assist us to market and sell the property.

The property, located in Allende, Mexico is under her name.  To make things more complicated, my mother was one of the first ones (back in the day) to be adopted (Had multiple names/ last names) and ended up moving to the states; when she got married in the US (my dad) and passed away with her married name.

However,  it's been a bear to get it to market and to sell.   We are not familiar with how the real estate laws and regulations work and have been in a dead-end situation due to having a lack of assistance who have the expertise to assist our family.

Needing to find the appropriate resources, agent or representative to advice our family and who can speak English.
