Unsure if my real estate company is appropriately marketing

I contracted a company to manage and market the property. There were a lot of missteps on their part along the way, including them posting a description with all wrong information, like for a different property. 67 days later I don’t have tenants and other realtors are telling me that something is wrong with how it’s handled. That even in low season someone should have taken in. And that the price is lower than comps. The place is newly rehabbed and beautiful. Places smaller and older than mine at higher rents have been rented out. I started keeping track because all conversations with this company are encountered with “it’s low season.” I approved two applications in the past two weeks and apparently they both ghosted. Is this normal? I’m at wit’s ends here.  One of them had two dogs and two cats and I know how hard it is to find a place that will accept 4 pets. And somehow they didn’t sign the lease and ghosted. I’m about to discuss with them my thoughts. But I’d like a sanity check, is it that normal that applicants apply, get approved and then ghost? Thank you!

@Mana Ionescu, after screwing up the listing description, you should have fired them. Just my opinion. If they can't even get that right, there's a good chance they'll drop the ball on other situations.
