How to Find Landlords to Pitch Deal?
Hello,
So I am curious on how to find landlords to pitch to if I found a good enough property? The strategy I was given was to look up the address and then look at places near by to see whose renting, and then pitch my deal to those landlords to offer convenience when it comes to selling them the deal? Is this a good approach/strategy?
