What is best way to locate prospective SEction 8 tenants
I have 2 rental homes and want to place SEction 8 tenant in each. Any ideas on best method to market in Detroit area?

You're penny-pinching, so you won't do that and it may eventually cost you dollars.
But, since you asked: advertise on GoSection8.com website. All the housing agencies send their voucher holders there.
Just be forewarned - many S8 voucher holders don't want to pay application fees, provide any documentation, expect you to fill out their S8 paperwork (!) and don't want to pay a security deposit.
