Leads are slowing down
What is the average rate you should be obtaining leads? Does such an average exist?
When I first posted my home for rent, I was getting about 2-4 calls in a day, but it’s been about 2 weeks now and I get a call every other day if that. Why are the leads slowing down? Should I reevaluate my standards and rent price?
The home will be a LTR.

When a property first comes to market it is being dropped into a pool of potential tenants. After 2 weeks that pool has been exhausted and you now have to wait for new tenants to come into the market in order to get more inquires. To spark more interest you have to now do something different to turn heads back to your listing. The best thing to do is lower the price.
