I'm trying to find actual cash buyers for land

Hey everyone, I'm a new real estate investor. And was able to buy my first deal in Lackawanna County, a piece of land in a gated Community. I checked in Zillow and Propwire for comps and comps are good the past 6 months.

I've been posting the property and haven't had any chance to find at least one person intersted in the lot.

Am I doing something wrong? What things could I be doing better to secure my sale?
