Hello out there!

I work for a Real Estate company in Myrtle Beach, SC. We have a sales, a rental and an HOA department. The owner also used to do vacation rentals, but stopped several years back to focus on sales. There is a huge demand for vacation rental management in Myrtle Beach and our company has decided to get back into it. I'm looking for advice on finding investors interested in having their properties managed- where to advertise, what services to provide, pricing to make us competitive for new business, etc....Thanks in advance!
