Hello Friends:  I'm looking for an investor-friendly real estate agent/broker in IL to help me locate properties that fit my buying criteria. I am looking to invest in Du Page, Cook county and Will county surrounding suburbs. My criteria is buying,fixing and selling single-family houses.
