Direct Marketing postcards for realtors?

I am a realtor and am putting together some postcards to send out to my target areas. Looking for listings/buyers.

I was going to show a picture of a recent house I sold in their neighborhood, also a "market snapshot" to show them last months average price per square foot, average days on market etc.

I will be advertising "free home value analysis" 

I know this section of the forum is mostly targeted towards wholesalers.

Any experience with direct mailing for realtors?
