Creating a brand and tracking the results
For those of you who brand your name/slogan in your target neighborhood - how can you track its effectiveness?
All marketing gurus are suggesting branding, but it is rather costly and probably not affordable for someone who is just starting out.
If you were to brand yourself, what would you brand - the name of the company (i.e. We Are Local Buyers Inc), headline (i.e. How to sell your house in this soft market even if you have no equity), website (i.e. www. YesWeCanBuyYourHouse.com) or slogan (We buy houses every day) ?
Or maybe a combination of several?
