generate absentee owner leads from tax records?  I have a programmer friend who created a script for me to extract 55,000+ properties my spreadsheet.... How valuable is a service like this to real estate investors?

** Note - All 55,000 are NOT absentee owners, but I know how to sort the spreadsheet to get that information **
