Automated Phone systems for marketing?

Hello BP!!

Some time ago I remember driving in my car listening to a BP podcast and overheard a phone answering system that automatically takes calls and allows callers to leave a message for call back. I'm thinking about using this type of system to send motivated sellers to instead of my direct line. This should free up my time and also allow me to only hear from motivated sellers directly it seems at least. 

Has anyone used a automated phone system for this purpose? If so what are some companies I should look into?
