Obtaining a FARM list in Atlanta Georgia
I have called around to may title companies in Atlanta Georgia and none of them seem to know how to pull/make a Focused Area Real Estate Marketing Lists (i.e., FARM lists). Does anyone on here know how I can obtain a FARM list for Atlanta. I am planning to buy a 4-plex or 5-10 unit apartment building and I wanted to find all of the 4-10 unit properties in Fulton and Dekalb county. Thanks!
