Gathering investors

Hello everyone,

I've been very busy working on my RE companies and in the process I have talked to a few friends that are willing to invest their money into my businesses, great for me huh? Now I need to come up with layout plan or document that I can present to these investors to make it official. How would I do that or where can I go to get information on writing up a investor deal packet?
