Drive for Dollar questions

I drove for dollar in South Orange NJ, and got a couple of addresses worthwhile researching further and sending direct mail to, however the owner's information is not online, I called the city and they informed me that I can call them for tax info on a particular address but they can't give out the owner's information.

Any idea how to look up the owner's name and mailing address info in that case?

Not sure if you have Property Radar in your state, but that's what I use. It's super helpful for finding owner info.
