How To Automate Small Handwritten Letter Campaigns??

Like most investors, I use large mailing campaigns to include Absentee Owners. I also mail much smaller, niche lists that change frequently in my community. For these smaller lists, I upload leads onto an excel sheet then hand write each letter. I am looking for ways to outsource/automate this system for it easily consumes a large amount of our time. I can have a VA research records and upload them into a CRM system but am having problems figuring out the letter end. We prefer "handwritten" yellow letters to include "handwritten" envelopes. Do any of you have any experience with any companies/apps/virtual assistants to help automate this?
