Markering my wholesaling business

This post is directed to experienced successful wholesalers... I'm currently setting up my business and wanted to know if it Is it necessary for me to have a separate websites and LLC's to market to my buyers and sellers or is it ok to have one website and market to both parties?

Which leads to my next question regarding my business cards. Should my business cards say "We Buy Houses" or can I just have my contact info (like a regular business card) letting them know that I am an investor?

Also, can anyone recommend a really good investor friendly real estate agent and attorney in Tampa, Fl.

I cant tell from your post but it seems like you may just be getting started? If that is the case I suggest not wasting time on any of those things. You do not need an LLC you do not need a website and business cards are simple your contact info and stating that you buy houses. If you are new I suggest to stay away from these things because they are a major time suck and will freaking drain you I know because once upon a time I did the same things. I meet a couple new wholesalers a month who have the coolest website, company name, logo, motto, and burn out before getting a single deal. I suggest maybe some quick business cards and just start marketing asap! Once you have deals and are making money you can do those things but you need to build a snowball and making money/doing deals is how but if you have been doing some deals then yes create an LLC and Website. I bet there is a couple Facebook groups for investors and they can help w the agent/attorney thing. Good Luck-Sam
