Direct Mail and success for growth

Hello BP world! I am looking at growing my wholesale company in the coming year of 2017. Currently we are in Columbia and Greenville SC ; Charlotte NC ; Birmingham AL ; Indianapolis IN ; and Cincinnati OH. We are sourcing about 15-20 deals a month with most of them going to an end buyer that is a hedge fund. We are hoping to grow into 4 more markets (totaling 10) in the upcoming year. We have started doing some direct mail but I am really looking at honing in a "list" (a combination of purchased and built) of a target that is more defined. I am reaching out in hopes of some places to read, direct mail companies to look into, and any success stories people are having with a target group and mailing campaign. Would love to get any and all advice. Thank you in advance!
